Good to know
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every treatment plan begins with an unhurried consultation so we can assess your skin, understand your goals and recommend what is genuinely right for you.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
Yes. The £50 consultation fee is redeemed in full against your first treatment, so if you go ahead, the consultation is effectively free. It simply reserves Rafaela's time and reflects the depth of the assessment.
Will my results look natural?
That is our entire philosophy. We aim for subtle, elegant results: you looking refreshed and like yourself, never “overdone.”
Are the treatments safe?
Safety underpins everything we do. Every treatment is carried out by a qualified aesthetic practitioner, follows British clinical standards, and begins with an assessment of your suitability and medical history. We use reputable, medical-grade products, talk you through the risks honestly, and give you clear aftercare. If a treatment is not right for you, we will say so.
Will it hurt?
Most of our treatments involve little more than mild, brief discomfort, and many feel very comfortable. Where appropriate we use numbing cream or products that contain a local anaesthetic to keep you at ease. We will explain exactly what to expect for your specific treatment beforehand.
Is there any downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Many of our skin and injectable treatments allow you to return to your day with little or no downtime, while some resurfacing or recovery treatments may involve a short period of redness or sensitivity. We will tell you exactly what to expect, and how to prepare, at your consultation.
How long do results last?
This varies from treatment to treatment and from person to person: your skin, lifestyle and the treatment itself all play a part. We will give you an honest, individual view of how long your results are likely to last, and when any maintenance might be helpful, at your consultation.
Why don't you list specific injectable products or prices online?
UK rules do not allow clinics to advertise prescription-only medicines to the public. We discuss all options, suitability and pricing openly during your consultation.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Of course, life happens. If you need to change your appointment, please give us as much notice as you can by phone or WhatsApp so we can offer the time to someone else, and we will happily rearrange.
Are you insured?
Yes. Bravita Clinic is fully insured.
Why don't you show before-and-after photos?
By design. Our work is meant to be natural: refreshed, never altered. Our patients' privacy comes first. We would rather earn your trust through an honest consultation than through a gallery. The results speak for themselves, quietly.
Are results guaranteed?
No responsible clinic can guarantee results, because everyone is different. We will give you an honest assessment of what to expect for you.
How do I book or ask a question?
You can book a consultation online, message us on WhatsApp, or send an enquiry through the contact page. We'll always reply personally.
